Crushed it!!! What an incredible experience!
Needed a hat embroidered last minute.  The day after Easter, on that Monday, got a return call and she did everything to get my hat embroidered with a 3D design on that same day!!! She said it would be done by 5/6pm but called around 1:00pm saying, “your hat is ready”..  the communication, customer service, and product was above 5star.  Thank you so much again!!
